All members of the Community are welcome to join the Oakleigh Carnegie RSL, and by becoming a member you contribute to our role in support of Veterans, Service Personnel, their families and your local community.
You do not need to be a member or relative of a person serving in the Australian Defence Force to join the Oakleigh Carnegie RSL.

It is a requirement that the application must include the sighting of ID – a Victorian Drivers Licence or Passport. Staff or a committee member will sight the ID and place the expiry date of the ID on the application form.
